NADRA Introduces Multiple Fee Payment Options for Citizens

The National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) has rolled out a new facility, making it easier for citizens to pay their application fees through multiple convenient methods. This initiative aims to enhance accessibility, reduce hassle, and promote digital payment adoption across Pakistan.

Multiple Payment Methods Available

According to details, applicants can now deposit fees directly in cash at their respective NADRA offices. In addition, citizens have the option to make payments through JazzCash, Easypaisa, and E-Sahulat outlets, offering wider flexibility and convenience.

Digital Payment via QR Codes

In a major step towards digital transformation, NADRA has introduced QR code payments. At the time of application submission, citizens can obtain a QR code from the NADRA staff, scan it with their mobile banking app, and instantly pay their fees online without extra charges.

Nationwide Access and Complaint Channels

These payment facilities are available nationwide, ensuring that citizens from all regions can benefit. For assistance or complaints, NADRA has provided multiple support channels:

  • Dial 1777 from a mobile phone.
  • Register complaints via the official NADRA complaint portal: complaints.nadra.govt.pk.
  • Use the Pak ID mobile app for easy submissions.

NADRA NICOP Fee Update for Overseas Pakistanis

Earlier, NADRA revised the NICOP (National Identity Card for Overseas Pakistanis) fees for Pakistanis living in South Africa. The NICOP remains a vital document that connects overseas Pakistanis with their homeland while offering them legal recognition and multiple benefits. Family members of overseas Pakistanis are also eligible to apply for the NICOP to avail of its privileges.
